To prepare an accurate quotation, MinCharm needs as much confirmed information about your product and order as you can provide. You do not need to finalize every detail before contacting us, but the following information helps us evaluate the materials, manufacturing requirements, and estimated cost.
Information to prepare for a quotation

- Tech pack, reference images, or a physical sample
- Product category and design details
- Preferred fabric or fabric composition
- Fabric weight or GSM, if available
Order & Colors
- Estimated quantity for each style and color
- Number of colors and color references
- Size range and size breakdown, if known
Customization & Trims
- Logo, printing, embroidery, or other decoration
- Main, care, and size labels, hangtags, and trims
Packaging & Delivery
- Folding, polybag, barcode, carton, or other packaging
- Target delivery country or port
- Required or preferred delivery date
