BUILT FOR VOLUME

Manufacturing Designed for Volume Orders

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style and color. At this production level, material purchasing, cutting, sewing-line planning, branding processes and packing can be arranged more efficiently than very small production runs.

Material Purchasing

Fabric and trims can be planned against the confirmed production quantity.

Production Line Planning

Sewing and workflow arrangements can be planned around garment construction and order quantity.

Labor Efficiency

Repeating approved construction across a volume order allows production work to be organized more efficiently.

Repeat-Order Capacity

Approved specifications provide a clearer basis for repeat production when materials and capacity are available.

Final pricing depends on fabric, construction, customization, quantity, packaging and other requirements. Volume production can improve unit-cost efficiency, but each project is quoted against its actual specifications.
PRODUCTION PLANNING

Production Timing Depends on the Actual Order

Typical bulk production is 25–35 days after the required approvals are complete, but not every garment uses the same materials, construction or production setup.

Lead time is therefore reviewed against the actual project rather than treated as exactly the same for every order.

01

Product Complexity

Garment construction, sewing details and special processes affect how production needs to be organized.

02

Order Quantity

Quantity affects material preparation, line planning, production time and packing requirements.

03

Material Availability

Fabric and trim lead times can affect when bulk production is ready to begin.

04

Production Schedule

Final scheduling depends on available capacity and the requirements of the confirmed order.
