MinCharm works with apparel brands, wholesalers, importers and retailers on custom clothing projects, from product development and sampling through bulk production. Our own factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, with specialized manufacturing partners available when a project calls for additional processes or product capabilities.
Apparel Is Our Core Business
Our main product categories are loungewear, sweatshirts and hoodies, streetwear sweatshirts, T-shirts and men’s and women’s shirts. Development can start from a reference image, physical sample, tech pack or detailed product specifications.
Depending on the style, we can work with different fabrics, colors, construction details, printing, embroidery, labels and packaging.
For selected projects, we can also arrange production for Pet Apparel, Plush Toys & Keychains, and Sports & Casual Bags through specialized manufacturing partners.
Our Dongguan Apparel Manufacturing Facility
Our own factory in Dongguan handles the core stages of apparel sampling and bulk production. Approved samples and confirmed specifications are used as the production reference before styles move into volume manufacturing.
Having our own production facility gives our team direct visibility into sampling, production planning and quality follow-up across our main apparel categories.

Not every product or process belongs in the same factory. We produce our core apparel categories through our Dongguan facility and work with specialized partner factories when a project requires different materials, processes or production capabilities. MinCharm remains the main point of contact throughout development and production.

Some customers come to us with a finished tech pack. Others start with a physical sample or reference image. In either case, we first review the product, develop and confirm the sample, then move the approved style into production.

Quality Control Starts With the Approved Sample
Production is checked against the confirmed sample and product specifications. Our quality-control process includes in-process checks, 100% inspection and final inspection based on AQL 2.5.
Certification availability depends on the factory, material and certification scope required for each project. Relevant documents can be reviewed for applicable production programs.

Meeting Buyers Face to Face
