Sample Development
We develop a sample using the confirmed materials and specifications. Sampling typically takes 7–10 days after key details and materials are settled.

Check the fit, fabric, construction and any print, embroidery or label details. Agreed changes are made before the sample is approved for bulk production.
Bulk Production & Quality Control
After sample and order approval, we produce and check the T-shirts against the confirmed requirements. Bulk production typically takes 25–35 days, depending on materials, quantity and approvals.

We confirm packing and shipment details before the order is released to you or your nominated freight forwarder.

- What hoodie and sweatshirt details should buyers confirm before sampling?Before sampling a custom hoodie or sweatshirt, buyers should confirm the garment type, fit, construction, fabric, GSM, colors, decoration, trims, labels, branding, packaging, quantity, and schedule. Pullover, full-zip, half-zip, crewneck, oversized, cropped, and washed-look directions require product-specific specifications, feasibility review, and approval through the physical sample and written requirements.
- Which fit and construction details should be defined for a custom hoodie?Before sampling a custom hoodie, define silhouette, shoulder, body/sleeve length, hood, neckline, pockets, rib, zipper/pullover, and intended fit — reviewed together with the selected fabric and GSM.
- What is the difference between French terry and brushed fleece for a custom hoodie?French terry has a smooth face and looped interior for a lighter, breathable feel; brushed fleece is softer and warmer. Choose by season, silhouette, weight, hand feel, and price, and review swatches before approval.

- How should a brand choose fabric weight and GSM for a custom hoodie?There is no single best GSM for every custom hoodie. Brands should select fabric weight together with season, climate, intended use, silhouette, fiber composition, knit structure, inner finish, hand feel, decoration, availability, MOQ, lead time, and target cost. A higher GSM does not automatically mean warmer or higher quality; shortlisted swatches should be tested in a garment sample and confirmed in written specifications before bulk production.
- What should be specified for a custom zip-up hoodie?For a custom zip-up hoodie, first confirm full-zip or half-zip, then define hood, zipper and hardware, pockets, fabric and GSM, fit, measurements, rib trims, colors, labels, and branding. Review all together during sampling.
