The first garment sample is produced for evaluation, not automatically approved for bulk production. After reviewing it, you can request changes to the product before final sample approval.

Printing or embroidery size, method, and placement.

Main, care, size labels, and hangtags.

Colors and visible product details.

Other confirmed design or branding requirements.
To make revisions more efficient, send consolidated feedback: measurement comments, annotated photos, revised artwork, updated specification sheets, and a clear list of requested changes. This helps MinCharm understand exactly what to adjust.
MinCharm will review requested changes for technical feasibility and confirm whether they affect materials, sample timeline, production cost, or bulk manufacturing requirements. If physical verification is required, a revised sample can be prepared for further review. The number of revision rounds, extra lead time, and any related cost are confirmed per project.
When bulk production starts
Bulk manufacturing begins only after the sample and key product specifications have been approved. Share your feedback early so revisions are captured before mass production.
