What happens after sample approval

Once the garment sample is approved, MinCharm confirms the final product and order requirements before releasing the style for bulk production. The approved sample and confirmed specifications then become the main references for manufacturing and quality control.

1

Approved sample recorded

The approved garment provides a physical reference for fit, measurements, construction, materials, workmanship, branding, and overall appearance.

2

Final specifications confirmed

Any changes approved during sample development should be reflected in the final product specifications. Measurements, tolerances, fabric, colors, trims, artwork, labels, packaging, quantity, and size breakdown are confirmed before production.

3

Production price and schedule confirmed

If the approved sample differs from the requirements used for the initial quotation, the production price or timeline may need to be reviewed. Any required adjustment should be confirmed before bulk manufacturing begins.

4

Materials and trims prepared

Bulk fabric, linings, zippers, buttons, ribbing, drawcords, labels, hangtags, packaging materials, and other required components are prepared according to the confirmed order.

5

Bulk production begins

The order moves through the required manufacturing stages, which may include material preparation, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing, and garment preparation.

6

In-process quality checks

Production is checked against the approved sample and confirmed specifications while garments are being made. This helps identify measurement, construction, workmanship, color, or branding issues before the entire order is completed.

7

Finished garments and order reviewed

Completed garments are checked according to the confirmed product and order requirements. Inspection points may include measurements, workmanship, printing or embroidery, labels, packing, quantities, colors, and size assortment.

8

Packing and shipment preparation

After the required checks are completed, garments are folded, packed, identified, and placed into cartons according to the approved packaging requirements. The completed order can then be prepared for shipment according to the confirmed arrangement.

Throughout production, the approved sample and confirmed specifications remain the main references for checking whether the bulk order follows what was agreed during development.
