Is MinCharm suitable for very small custom apparel orders?
MinCharm is generally better suited to volume and repeat apparel production than very small custom runs. Our standard bulk-production MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style per color. Orders substantially below this quantity may not fit our production model.
Why does order quantity matter?
Fabric purchasing, production-line planning, branding, quality control, and packaging are organized around bulk manufacturing. Very small runs may not align with the material minimums and production setup required for the project. Suitability therefore depends on both the quantity and the garment’s specifications.
Does the MOQ also apply to development samples?
The 1,000-piece requirement refers to bulk apparel production, not the number of development samples. However, the intended production quantity and project requirements should be reviewed before sample development begins.
What should buyers send before requesting samples or a quotation?
Please share the product category, estimated quantity for each style and color, fabric and customization requirements, and target delivery date. MinCharm can review this information to assess whether the project fits our manufacturing setup and confirm the applicable production requirements.
A project review does not automatically mean that an order below the standard MOQ can be accepted.
