How does MinCharm prepare a quotation for a custom sleepwear sample?

Update Time:2026/9/18

A custom sleepwear sample quotation is based on the specifications available before development begins.

MinCharm reviews the sleepwear style, sample quantity, fabric requirements, garment construction, trims, printing or embroidery, labels, branding, packaging, and any materials or components that must be specially sourced or developed.

If some specifications are incomplete, the initial sample quotation is based on the confirmed information and stated assumptions available at that stage. Missing details may need to be clarified before materials are ordered or sample making begins.

Information used to prepare the sample quotation

Product specifications

Style details, measurements, fit, construction, and the sample quantity or number of sets requested.

Materials and workmanship

Fabric, trims, special sourcing, sewing complexity, finishing, and any required printing or embroidery.

Branding and presentation

Labels, branding details, hangtags, packaging, and other confirmed sample-development requirements.

Sample quotation, bulk estimate, and final price

Development stage

Sample quotation

Relates to the agreed sample-development scope and the information available before sample making starts.

Planning stage

Indicative bulk estimate

May be provided when expected quantity, colors, sizes, fabric, construction, customization, and packaging are sufficiently clear.

Approved stage

Final production price

Is confirmed after the approved sample, final specifications, materials, workmanship, packaging, and order quantity are finalized.

Changes during sampling can affect pricing

Changes to fabric, construction, trims, decoration, branding, packaging, sample scope, or expected production quantity may require the sample quotation, bulk estimate, or both to be reviewed again. An indicative bulk estimate should not be treated as the final production price.
