MinCharm reviews the sleepwear style, sample quantity, fabric requirements, garment construction, trims, printing or embroidery, labels, branding, packaging, and any materials or components that must be specially sourced or developed.
If some specifications are incomplete, the initial sample quotation is based on the confirmed information and stated assumptions available at that stage. Missing details may need to be clarified before materials are ordered or sample making begins.

Style details, measurements, fit, construction, and the sample quantity or number of sets requested.
Materials and workmanship

Changes to fabric, construction, trims, decoration, branding, packaging, sample scope, or expected production quantity may require the sample quotation, bulk estimate, or both to be reviewed again. An indicative bulk estimate should not be treated as the final production price.
