How are garments packed for international shipping?
How are garments packed for international shipping?
Garments are packed according to the buyer's confirmed packing specifications. Depending on the project, products may be folded or packed on hangers, placed in individual polybags, labeled by size or SKU, and packed into export cartons. Before shipment, MinCharm confirms carton quantity, carton dimensions, gross and net weight, shipping marks, barcode or carton labels, and other required packing details so the finished order matches the buyer's warehouse and import requirements.
Packing options by project
Folded packing
Items can be neatly folded and packed flat where the style and buyer spec call for folded presentation.
Hanging on hangers
Garments can be shipped on hangers inside hanging cartons to help keep shape for wrinkle-sensitive styles.
Individual polybags
Each piece can be placed in its own polybag for protection and easier handling at the warehouse.
Size or SKU labels
Products are labeled by size or SKU so cartons and inner packs are easy to identify on receipt.
Details confirmed before shipment
Confirmed before shipment
All packing details are confirmed before shipment so the finished order matches the buyer's warehouse receiving process and import requirements. Buyers are encouraged to share carton specs, shipping marks, and label formats early in the project.
