Construction Detail
The button placket is topstitched flat so it lies clean and does not gap at the chest pocket. Ribbed fabric detail is applied evenly to the collar and cuffs of the top and the leg opening of the shorts, so the trim reads consistent across both pieces. The drawstring channel in the shorts waistband is sewn straight so the cord routes without twisting.

Soft Pajama Set Manufacturing Notes

1. Soft-Hand Consistency
The surface finish (peach / brushed) is controlled so the "ultra-soft" hand reads uniform across pieces and sizes, with no scratchy or uneven face.
2. Placket Alignment
Button spacing, topstitch, and the chest pocket are graded so the placket lies flat and does not gape or twist at the pocket.
3. Pocket Registration
The chest pocket sits square to the placket with even stand-off on both sides — a common miss on sleep tops.

The shorts waistband cord channel is sewn straight and the elastic is balanced so the drawstring routes without twist and the waist recovers.
