The MCD030 is a regular fit long sleeve shirt cut from lightweight woven polyester. The silhouette is straightforward: a point collar, a clean button-front placket, long sleeves finished with a barrel cuff and a neat sleeve placket, and a straight regular body that layers easily under knitwear or jackets.
Because the panel is plain and unprinted, the shirt reads as a versatile base for embroidery, heat-transfer, or woven-label branding. We supply it as a fully customizable OEM/ODM unit—fabric weight, color, collar shape, cuff style, and trims are all open to specification.

Cuff shape & stay
The barrel cuff uses a fused interlining so it holds a round, flat shape and does not curl or collapse at the opening after washing.
Sleeve placket alignment
The vent placket is guided and topstitched square so the opening sits straight and the button closes without twist.
Sleeve twist control
Longer sleeves twist more easily. We balance weave direction and feed tension so the seam stays centred down the forearm after the first wash.
Armhole & sleeve cap
