All components are open to specification for OEM, ODM, and private label programs — fabric weight, collar shape, dart or princess-seam placement, and trims can all be adjusted per tech pack.

Side seam shaping
The side seams are taken in at the waist with a smooth transition so the shirt follows the body without pulling; seam allowance and pressing hold the contour through washes.
Dart / princess seam contour
Fitted blocks use darts or princess seams at the bust to shape the front; these are balanced so the shirt lies flat and the button placket stays straight, not puckered.
Shaped armscye & set-in sleeve
A slightly higher, shaped armscye and set-in long sleeve give a close fit through the shoulder and upper arm without restricting movement.
Tapered sleeve & barrel cuff
The sleeve tapers to the wrist and ends in a barrel cuff; cuff circumference is graded so it closes cleanly over the fitted forearm.
Curved front & even button stance
On a fitted front the hem curves and the button stance is graded with the contour; buttons are spaced evenly and reinforced so the placket does not gap.
Women's grading & polyester press
Bust, waist, and hip are graded together for a true women's fit; polyester is pressed with controlled heat to avoid shine on the closer-fitting silhouette.
