What the drop-shoulder block changes

The shoulder point drops about 3-4 cm and the sleeve cap widens, so the arm line is soft and the body stays straight instead of tapering at the waist. We grade the drop consistently from S to 3XL, add 2-3 cm of body length over a regular tee, and keep the side seam vertical so the print panel stays flat.

Rib collar that holds shape

The crewneck uses a 1x1 or 2x1 rib with spandex content set by your tech pack for recovery, bound with self-fabric and coverstitched. The result is a collar that lies flat after washing rather than curling at the back.

Fabric and construction, per your tech pack

We run this as a custom program: single jersey around 160-200 gsm for a light hand, or 200-240 gsm for a more substantial feel. Composition (combed cotton, ringspun, or a poly blend) and colorways are confirmed from your tech pack. Side-seamed or tubular body, twin-needle hem, and a flat front panel that suits screen print, DTG, or embroidery.
