Men's Relaxed Printed T-Shirt in Medium-Weight Knit

A men's T-shirt built for print. The body carries a relaxed amount of ease so it skims rather than clings, then a graphic sits flat on the front. We use a medium-weight knit so the print reads clean and the fabric does not show through, while the silhouette stays casual without ballooning. The ribbed crewneck and straight hem keep the lines simple.

Print application that lands flat

The front panel is cut plain and centered so the artwork sits square, with no side seam crossing the print. For volume runs we run screen print; for small batches or photo-level detail we use DTG or DTF. Cure and placement follow your artwork and garment size. On the sample we check registration, edge definition, stretch recovery (no cracking when the chest flexes), and wash fastness before locking the run.

Medium-weight knit that holds the print

The reference build uses a knit in the 180-220 gsm range, heavier than a lightweight tee so the graphic does not telegraph the body underneath and the hand feels substantial rather than flimsy. Composition and colorway are set by your tech pack. A denser face also gives the print a cleaner bond and a smoother surface to read against.

Relaxed, but not bulky

The block adds moderate chest ease and a controlled shoulder drop, then runs the side seam straight to the hem. It is wider than a slim tee and shorter in drop than an oversized one, so it reads easy without swamping the frame. We grade S to 3XL keeping that proportion, and set body length so the hem lands at the hip.

Fabric and construction, per your tech pack

Custom program: side-seamed or tubular body, a flat front that suits print, a 1x1 rib collar with spandex per your spec, and a straight twin-needle or coverstitch hem. Labels, packing, and any internal tag all follow your file. Sampling runs 7-10 days after details are confirmed; bulk runs 25-35 days after the sample is approved.
