From August 18 to 20, 2025, our team exhibited at MAGIC Las Vegas, meeting apparel buyers, sourcing professionals and industry visitors at Booths 86307 and 86308.
Throughout the show, visitors explored a wide selection of apparel and activewear samples while discussing fabrics, product ideas, customization and manufacturing requirements directly with our team.
Conversations Started With the Product
Trade shows create a different kind of sourcing conversation. Instead of beginning with a product link or specification sheet, many discussions at MAGIC started with an actual garment hanging at the booth.
Visitors could pick up samples, feel the fabric, look at the construction and compare different designs before asking about how a similar product could be developed for their own collection.
That made conversations more specific from the beginning. A discussion could quickly move from a sports bra, legging, top or other apparel sample into questions about material, fit, color, branding and production.
A physical sample often answers questions that are difficult to communicate through photos alone. Fabric hand feel, stretch, garment structure, stitching and finishing can all be reviewed directly before development starts.
What Apparel Buyers Were Evaluating
Buyers do not evaluate a potential manufacturing partner only by looking at finished styles. They also want to understand how the supplier will handle the details behind the product.
Conversations at the show naturally touched on several areas that matter when developing a new apparel collection.
Composition, weight, stretch, hand feel and performance based on the intended use of the garment.
Measurements, silhouettes, stitching and construction details that influence the final fit and appearance.
Colors, logos, labels, trims and other private label details required for an individual collection.
How specifications move from development and revisions into confirmed production requirements.
A Booth Built Around Physical Product Review
Our booth at MAGIC Las Vegas featured a broad selection of apparel and activewear samples. Displaying different products side by side allowed visitors to compare styles, fabrics, construction and design directions within a single conversation.
For buyers working on a new collection, this type of physical review can also make it easier to explain what they want to keep, what they want to change and where a new product needs to be different from an existing reference.
These are practical details. A product may begin with a similar silhouette or fabric direction, but the final result depends on how those requirements are translated into measurements, materials, construction and finishing specifications.
From MAGIC Las Vegas to Product Development
A conversation at the exhibition is usually an early stage of a sourcing project rather than the final decision.
Once the initial product direction is clear, a project can continue with more detailed technical communication.
The buyer provides a Tech Pack, reference garment, sketches, photos or other product requirements.
Fabric, measurements, construction, trims, branding and other requirements are reviewed before sampling.
A physical sample allows both sides to review fit, construction and product details and make revisions where necessary.
Once the product is confirmed, the approved sample and specifications become the reference for bulk manufacturing and quality control.
Staying Close to the U.S. Apparel Market
MAGIC Las Vegas gave our team another opportunity to meet people working directly in the U.S. apparel market and hear the questions they ask when sourcing new products.
Those questions are often practical: What fabric should be used? Can the fit be adjusted? How will the branding be added? What information is needed for sampling? And how will the approved product be controlled during production?
Hearing those requirements face to face helps our team better understand how brands and sourcing professionals approach product development before they place a manufacturing order.
Looking Back at MAGIC Las Vegas 2025
From August 18 to 20, our booths at the Las Vegas Convention Center gave us three days of product discussions, sample reviews and conversations with apparel buyers and industry visitors.
We appreciate everyone who visited Booths 86307 and 86308, looked through the products and shared their sourcing needs with our team.
These exhibition records are part of our ongoing connection with international apparel markets, and we will continue sharing both past events and upcoming opportunities to meet our team in person.
