Can MinCharm develop a garment sample from my tech pack?
Yes — we can develop a sample from your tech pack.
If you already have a tech pack, MinCharm reviews the technical information and develops a garment sample according to the confirmed product requirements.
What we review before sampling
Before sample making begins, we review the details that affect materials, fit, construction, branding, and repeatability in bulk production.
Construction & sewing
Pattern and sewing methods, panels, seams, and special workmanship.
Measurements
Measurement specifications and tolerances for each size.
Fabric
Composition, weight or GSM, stretch, handfeel, and finishing.
Fabric & trim colors
Color, dyeing requirements, and sourcing availability.
Stitching & workmanship
Stitch type, density, and quality requirements.
Trims
Zippers, buttons, ribbing, drawcords, and other structural details.
Decoration
Printing, embroidery, artwork size, and placement.
Labels & hangtags
Main, care, size labels, and custom trims.
Packaging
Folding, polybags, barcodes, carton marks, and packaging needs.
Quantity & schedule
Estimated production quantity and required delivery schedule.
A tech pack is the starting point, not the final word
A tech pack provides the main technical direction, but it should still be reviewed before sampling. If any information is missing, unclear, conflicting, or affected by material availability, MinCharm will identify the points that need to be confirmed before the first sample is made.
Sample review & approval
The completed sample can be reviewed for measurements, fit, materials, construction, workmanship, branding, and overall appearance. If revisions are required, the confirmed changes can be applied before final sample approval.
