Version control matters. Please provide the latest approved version of each document and clearly identify any mandatory retailer or market requirements. Outdated artwork, label text, measurements, or packaging instructions can create inconsistencies during production.
Buyer-specific standards. Some requirements may call for specific materials, testing, certifications, factory documentation, or inspection arrangements. Share these early and review them against the actual production facility, supplier, material, scope, and document validity before the order is confirmed.
The approved garment sample and confirmed written specifications remain the main production references. Labels, branding, folding, packaging, barcodes, carton marks, and other order details are checked against the agreed requirements during production and final order review.
