Confirm before bulk. The selected fabric should be confirmed through an available swatch, cutting, sample yardage, or garment sample before bulk production. No alternative material should be used for the bulk order without buyer confirmation.
Performance claims and testing. If a project includes specific performance claims or testing requirements, these should be provided early. Applicable test methods, standards, supplier documents, and material scope must be reviewed separately rather than assumed from the fabric description alone.
