Does MinCharm use both 100% garment inspection and AQL 2.5 sampling?

Yes. MinCharm uses both 100% garment inspection and sampling inspection with AQL 2.5 as a reference for lot acceptance. They serve different purposes: individual checks help identify garment-level issues, while sampling supports a decision on whether a production lot meets the agreed acceptance criteria.

What does 100% garment inspection cover?

Finished garments are checked individually against the approved sample and confirmed specifications. Relevant inspection points may include appearance, stitching, construction, workmanship, branding, and labels, depending on the product and agreed requirements. Measurement checks and packaging reviews follow the confirmed inspection scope.

“100% inspection” describes garment-by-garment checking, not a guarantee that every garment is free from every possible defect.

Why is AQL sampling also used?

AQL sampling provides a separate lot-level acceptance check. It complements individual garment inspection rather than replacing it. The applicable sampling plan, sample size, defect classifications, and acceptance or rejection criteria should be confirmed for the order.

AQL 2.5 does not mean that only 2.5% of the garments are inspected.

What should buyers confirm before production?
