What packing, carton, and shipping-mark details should buyers confirm for a sleepwear order?
Confirm packing, carton, and shipping-mark requirements before final packing begins.
For a sleepwear order, the buyer and MinCharm should agree on how each garment or pajama set will be folded, packed, labeled, assorted, and placed into export cartons. Buyer-specific warehouse, retail, or freight-forwarder instructions should be provided early enough to avoid reopening, relabeling, or repacking finished cartons.
For coordinated pajama sets, the instructions should also state whether the top and bottom are packed together as one set and how the size combination should be identified.
Three sets of details to confirm
Individual packing
Confirm the folding method, individual packaging, size or barcode stickers, insert cards when required, units per package, and any buyer-specific product labels.
Carton assortment
Define the quantity per carton, style, color and size assortment, whether cartons are mixed or single-style, and the carton-numbering sequence.
Shipping marks
Provide the approved text and layout for purchase-order, style, color, size, quantity, carton number, destination, consignee, handling, or other required marks.

Final carton data follows the confirmed packing method
Carton dimensions, total carton quantity, net weight, and gross weight can be reviewed after the packing method and carton assortment are finalized. Figures provided earlier in the project may be estimates; final shipment data should be based on the actual packed cartons and reflected in the confirmed packing information.
Once the order is packed and the relevant details are confirmed, the finished goods can be prepared for handover under the buyer’s nominated freight-forwarder or agreed shipping arrangement.
