An approved hoodie or sweatshirt style can be reordered with selected changes such as new colorways, revised branding, updated labels, or different packaging. The reorder should not be treated as an automatic copy of the previous order because materials, supplier conditions, costs, quantities, and production schedules may have changed.
These changes may require a revised tech pack, updated quotation, new material approval, or another garment sample before bulk production.
MinCharm’s standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style per color. A new colorway normally needs to meet the applicable MOQ separately, while custom fabrics, trims, labels, or packaging may have their own supplier minimums and lead times.
Even when the design remains unchanged, fabric or trim availability, dye lots, supplier costs, production capacity, and delivery schedules may differ from the previous order. A repeat order does not automatically retain the earlier price or lead time.
Once all accepted changes are recorded, the approved sample, current written specifications, confirmed artwork, and applicable material and trim references become the production and quality-control standards for the repeat order.
