Does MinCharm provide full-package production (cut, make, trim, and pack)?
Does MinCharm provide full-package production (cut, make, trim, and pack)?
Yes. Full-package production means the whole build is coordinated in one place - from pattern through packed cartons - rather than a cut-make-trim only arrangement where the brand manages most materials and stages separately.
What full-package production covers
Pattern and grading
Patterns are set from your tech pack or developed, then graded across the size range.
Cutting
Fabric is laid, cut, and bundled so panels stay matched to the approved construction.
Sewing
Garments are assembled to the approved sample benchmark, seam by seam.
Trims
Buttons, zips, elastic, labels, and other trims are applied as specified.
Finishing
Pressing, thread trimming, and final appearance checks prepare each piece for packing.
Packing
Polybags, hangtags, and carton packing are completed to your packaging requirement.
What you can still supply
One benchmark across every stage
Because pattern, cutting, sewing, trims, finishing, and packing sit under one roof, each stage is coordinated against the same reference. The approved sample becomes the bulk benchmark, which keeps the production run aligned with what you signed off. You can also supply your own fabric or nominated trim if you prefer to control that part of the supply chain.
