MinCharm checks incoming fabrics and trims against the approved material references and confirmed order specifications before they are released for cutting or use in production. Depending on the material and agreed inspection scope, checks may cover color, visible defects, hand feel, fabric weight or GSM, trim dimensions, appearance, and functionality.
How is fabric composition verified?
Fabric composition is reviewed through relevant supplier documentation and, where required, agreed testing. Routine incoming inspection should not be interpreted as laboratory verification of every material property.
What happens if an incoming material does not match?
If a discrepancy is identified, the affected material is reviewed before use. Depending on the issue, further checking, testing, replacement, or buyer confirmation may be required. Buyers should provide approved swatches, trim references, tolerances, and any required material tests before bulk materials are prepared.
